This 228,000 s.f. building is the corporate headquarters for one
of the Northwest's largest
kitchen supplies distributors. The exterior utilizes tilt-up concrete panels,
segmented glass at the entrance and punched openings with blue reflective
glass around the perimeter of the building.
The corporate
offices occupy 31,000 s.f. of two story class A office space finished with glass
railings, maple trim and a sky lit atrium above the main stair. The state-of-the-art
warehouse incorporates conveyor systems for easy item selection from within the
30-foot high racks.

This industrial site was selected by Starbucks for its roasting
plant and merchandise distribution facility. The park totals 760,000 s.f. in
five buildings. Designed for large and small scale distribution and manufacturing
space, the park was developed and is managed by the Trammell Crow Company.

Stock Pot Soups new facility combines
19,000 s.f. of office with 100,000 s.f. of state-of-the-art food processing
space. The concrete tilt-up building features traditional forms with a radiused
entry portico that in addition to production, houses freezers, coolers and a test
kitchen.

Corporate Park Auburn, WA
Valley Center Corporate
Park is a campus of five buildings located in-between the Ports of Tacoma
and Seattle. Its location places it in a strategic position for regional distribution
users as well as a light manufacturing companies. The site was designed to
allow for significant large truck traffic with sufficient parking to accommodate
corporate offices .
The project itself contains over 1,000,000 s.f.
of industrial space with 30 foot clear storage bays. To serve the ESFR sprinkler
system in each building, a central pump house is provided for the park. The project
team, in order to make the project a success, solved a variety of design challenges
presented by constructing on a former waste treatment site.

Landing Tacoma, WA
A trio of heavy distribution buildings
with high bay and high floor loading capabilities are specifically envisioned
for the paper industry.
The 250,000 s.f. Landing emulates the design
of its historic Port of Tacomas warehousing neighbors and is rail serviced
adjacent to the Thea Foss waterway. Landscaping is creatively approached with
a palate of indigenous plants selected to recreate habitat.

This owner occupied bulk storage and corporate office building
facilitates the distribution of various beverages. Located between freeways,
the 200,000 s.f. warehouse has 13,500 s.f. of 2-story office. Generous use
of reflective glass at the office gives a distinguishing timeless appearance.
