The
Activspace in Ballard provides four floors of multi user loft style storage and
creative space. Bright flags flown from the top give a unique look to the basically
box structure. Metal siding and split face concrete block were chosen for performance
and maintenance characteristics.

WA 40,000 s.f.
Designed for a client with numerous corporate and personal
aircraft, this 40,000 s.f. office and hangar building recalls the character of
the golden age of aviation in the 1930’s.

retail Anthony'sHomeport Restaurant Everett, WA
As shell architect
for Phase 1 Everett Marina Village shops and offices, we were also assigned as
shell architect for this waterfront restaurant, one of the many water oriented
Anthony's in the region. The partnering worked well, not only is it a successful
restaurant with lively views, it also has a Coast Guard registered navigation
light on top.

Retail Tukwila,
WA
This Barnes and Noble store is a tenant in the 200,000 s.f. a retail strip project
neighboring Southcenter mall. Developed and built by Segale using tilt construction,
Dryvit and tile accents. Other tenants include Starbucks and Office Depot.

Institute
Federal Way, WA
The two story
building is the newest campus for DeVry Institute of Technology. It features high
tech voice and data communications systems, student lounge, cafeteria, library
and store.
Their parking requirements yielded a three level, 206,000
s.f. freestanding garage which is both above and below grade. Home also to the
Keller Graduate School of Management, it was officially dedicated September 2001.

Team Northwest Bothell, WA
As the prominent building at the entrance to Canyon Park Highlands, the
24’ clear, two-story, 56,700 s.f. flex tech building features dual southwest-facing
curved curtain wall entries, large curved entrance canopies above that double
as mechanical screens, detailed cornices and deep reveals.
The two story
street facade is suited for office space while the rear of the development
is designed for both dock high and drive up trucking.

Cucina Cucina had already developed a fun and exciting corporate
prototype. We adapted their genre with more flair into the Pickering Place planned
community on time and on budget. Another successful restaurant for our local client.
