Driving instructions to Lance Mueller and Associates 

Leschi District, western shore of Lake Washington.

From I-5 headed south:

• Take I-5 to exit 165B, stay in middle lane then change to right lane
• Take the Yesler Way ramp (exit).
• Turn a left onto Yesler Way travel east for 2 1/2 miles.
• Take a left at end of arterial onto Lake Dell Avenue E., follow road as it turns into Alder Street and ends at Lakeside Avenue E.
• Turn right and head south for ½ block.
• 130 Lakeside is behind the buildings facing the street with moorage beneath.  Park in the visitor stalls on the dock or on the street.

From I-5 headed north:

• Take I-5 to James- Madison- Dearborn exit 164, stay in middle lane for S. Dearborn Street.
• Turn right onto S. Dearborn Street and travel to Rainier Avenue.
• Take a left onto Rainier Avenue and continue to Yesler Way.
• Take a right on Yesler Way and continue to the street end at Lake Dell Avenue E.
• Turn left and follow road as it winds down to Lake Washington Blvd/Lakeside Avenue S.
• Take a right and head south for ½ block.
• 130 Lakeside is behind the buildings facing the street with moorage beneath.  Park in the visitor stalls on the dock or on the street.

From I-90 headed west:

• Take I-90 to exit 3B Rainier Avenue North, stay in right lane continue north for ¾ mile past S. Dearborn Street to Yesler Way.
• Take a right onto Yesler Way and travel east until you are at street end.
• Take a left at end of arterial, follow road as it winds down to Lake Washington Blvd. E./Lakeside Avenue S.
• Take a right and head south for ½ block.
• 130 Lakeside is on the left with moorage underneath.   Park in the visitor stalls on the dock or on the street.

From 520 headed west:

• Take 520 west to Arboretum exit.
• At stop, turn left and continue south through Arboretum (Lake Washington Blvd. E.) to E. Madison Street.
• Go past E. Madison Street and continue southeast on Lake Washington Blvd. E. following winding road. 
• Continue heading south at foot of Madrona Street (three way stop) for ½ mile to the Leschi business district.
• 130 Lakeside is on the left with moorage underneath.  Park in the visitor stalls on the dock or on the street.
